A: Here to Stay Recruitment provides a 90-day guarantee on all placements. If a candidate resigns or is terminated (excluding cases of redundancy or restructuring) within this period, we will conduct a free replacement search for up to 4 weeks. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement within this time, we offer a partial refund of the placement fee: 80% if the candidate departs within the first month, 50% if within the second month, and 30% if within the third month.
